Microchip Technology MIC2211-PNYML-TR is a dual-output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides a fixed 3V output capable of sourcing up to 150mA and a fixed 2.85V output capable of sourcing up to 300mA. The MIC2211-PNYML-TR features a low quiescent current of 80µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator is available in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel. This component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, battery-powered devices, and portable equipment. Input voltage range is up to 5.5V, with dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA.
