Microchip Technology MIC2211-PLYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed-voltage linear regulator IC. This device offers one output at 3V and a second at 2.7V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, the MIC2211-PLYML-TR is well-suited for battery-powered applications. The device includes enable functionality and protection features such as overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown. With a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V, it provides excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, typically 60dB at 1kHz degrading to 40dB at 20kHz. The regulator exhibits dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA.
