Microchip Technology MIC2211-NSBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device delivers 150mA and 300mA from its two outputs, featuring fixed voltage rails of 2.85V and 3.3V respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator exhibits a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and offers excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB down to 40dB across the 1KHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Dropout voltage is rated at 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown.
