The Microchip Technology MIC2211-MWYML-TR is a dual, fixed output linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, 2.8V and 1.6V, capable of supplying up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and offers excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. The regulator includes enable control and protection features such as over current and over temperature shutdown. It is available in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel. Typical applications include portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and power management systems where efficient voltage regulation is critical. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V. Dropout voltage is characterized at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output.
