The Microchip Technology MIC2211-MSYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for high-performance applications. This device provides 2.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features an enable pin for power sequencing and low quiescent current of 80 µA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz spectrum. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and low dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, it is suitable for battery-powered devices. Packaged in a 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel, the MIC2211-MSYML-TR is utilized in various electronic systems, including portable electronics and communication infrastructure.
