Microchip Technology's MIC2211-MPBML-TR is a dual output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This component provides fixed output voltages of 2.8V and 3V, capable of sourcing 150mA and 300mA respectively. The device features an enable pin for power sequencing and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. With a quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator exhibits excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Input voltage can range up to 5.5V, with dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. This IC is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, designed for surface mounting. The MIC2211-MPBML-TR finds application in portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
