Microchip Technology MIC2211-MJBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This IC provides two independent outputs, 2.8V and 2.5V, capable of sourcing 150mA and 300mA respectively. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package with an exposed pad. Key features include an enable pin for power sequencing, with protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. The device exhibits a typical quiescent current of 80 µA and offers excellent power supply rejection ratios (PSRR) ranging from 60dB at 1kHz down to 40dB at 20kHz. Typical voltage dropout is 0.25V at 150mA for the 2.8V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 2.5V output.
