Microchip Technology MIC2211-MGBML-TR is a dual-output fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, 2.8V and 1.8V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA, respectively. The regulator features low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Dropout voltage is rated at 0.25V for 150mA output and 0.42V for 300mA output. The input voltage range is up to 5.5V. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting, and is provided on tape and reel. It is commonly utilized in portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
