Microchip Technology's MIC2211-LPBML-TR is a dual-output, positive, fixed linear voltage regulator. This LDO regulator provides two distinct output voltages, 2.7V and 3V, capable of sourcing up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is designed for power-sensitive applications. The device offers excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz, ensuring clean power delivery. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The MIC2211-LPBML-TR is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package for surface mounting and is available on tape and reel. Applications include portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and automotive systems. Input voltage is supported up to 5.5V.
