The Microchip Technology MIC2211-JYYML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, specified at 2.5V and 1.9V, capable of supplying up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Designed for efficient power management, the MIC2211-JYYML-TR features low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. The regulator incorporates over current and over temperature protection for robust operation. With a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, it is suitable for applications requiring efficient voltage regulation from inputs up to 5.5V. The component is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel. This device finds application in portable electronics, battery-powered systems, and consumer electronics.
