Microchip Technology MIC2211-JYBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs: 2.5V and 1.9V, capable of sourcing up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 80 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It includes an enable pin for power sequencing and shutdown control. Protection features such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown are integrated to enhance system reliability. The MIC2211-JYBML-TR is supplied in a 10-lead 3x3mm MLF® package, suitable for surface mounting.
