The Microchip Technology MIC2211-JMYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, 2.5V and 2.8V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The regulator features low dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, ensuring efficient operation from input voltages up to 5.5V. With a quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB from 1kHz to 20kHz makes it resilient to input voltage noise. This surface-mount component is housed in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package and is supplied on tape and reel. It finds application in consumer electronics and portable devices.
