Microchip Technology MIC2211-GSBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device offers a 1.8V output capable of 150mA and a 3.3V output capable of 300mA. Designed for surface mounting in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, it features an enable pin for control and protection against over current and over temperature conditions. The quiescent current is 80 µA, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance ranges from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Voltage dropout is 0.25V at 150mA for the 1.8V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 3.3V output.
