Microchip Technology MIC2211-GJBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, one at 1.8V and the other at 2.5V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The MIC2211-GJBML-TR features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and a voltage dropout of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. It supports an input voltage range up to 5.5V. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. The MIC2211-GJBML-TR is supplied in a 10-lead 3x3mm MLF® package suitable for surface mounting.
