Microchip Technology's MIC2211-FNBML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides 1.5V and 2.85V regulated outputs with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA, respectively. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. With an input voltage range up to 5.5V, it offers robust protection against overcurrent and over-temperature conditions. The MIC2211-FNBML-TR includes an enable pin for power sequencing and exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratios (PSRR) between 40dB and 60dB across a 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. Packaged in a 10-MLF® (3x3) surface mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel, this component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, portable devices, and automotive systems.
