The Microchip Technology MIC2211-AABML-TR is a dual-output, positive adjustable linear voltage regulator IC. This device offers independent regulation for two output rails, capable of supplying up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The output voltage is adjustable from a minimum of 1.25V up to a maximum of 5V, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Key performance metrics include a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. The regulator features an enable pin for power sequencing control and incorporates over-current and over-temperature protection. Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) is specified between 60dB and 40dB across a frequency range of 1kHz to 20kHz. With a quiescent current of 80µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. This component is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package, arranged on tape and reel for surface mounting.
