Microchip Technology's MIC2210-SSYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator supporting 150mA and 300mA outputs, each at a fixed 3.3V. This device features low dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, with a quiescent current of 80µA. The regulator includes an enable pin for power control and offers protection against over current and over temperature conditions.
