Microchip Technology's MIC2210-PSYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device offers independent 3V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features a fast transient response and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown. The MIC2210-PSYML-TR is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package, designed for surface mounting. Typical applications include battery-powered devices and portable electronics. The input voltage range is up to 5.5V, with dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA.
