Microchip Technology TC1427VPAG is a dual, independent low-side gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting driver operates from a 4.5V to 16V supply and provides robust performance with peak output currents of 1.2A sourcing and sinking. The TC1427VPAG features fast switching characteristics with typical rise and fall times of 35ns and 25ns respectively, and a logic input threshold range of 0.8V (VIL) to 3V (VIH).
