The Microchip Technology MIC4605-2YM-T5 is a high-performance half-bridge gate driver IC designed for efficient power conversion. This device features two independent drivers capable of sourcing and sinking 1A peak output current, with typical rise and fall times of 20ns. It supports N-channel MOSFET gate drive and operates with a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 16V. The high-side voltage capability extends up to 108V, facilitated by an integrated bootstrap diode. Input signals are processed in a PWM, non-inverting format, with logic thresholds at 0.8V (VIL) and 2.2V (VIH). Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154" width) surface-mount form factor, this component is suitable for demanding applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics power supplies.
