The Microchip Technology MIC4427BN is a dual low-side gate driver designed for efficient switching of power MOSFETs and IGBTs. This non-inverting driver features independent channels, each capable of sourcing and sinking 1.5A peak output current. With a low input voltage threshold (VIL 0.8V, VIH 2.4V) and fast rise/fall times of 20ns and 29ns respectively, it facilitates rapid power stage transitions.
