The Microchip Technology RTAX4000SL-1CQ352PROTO is a high-performance Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from the RTAX4000 series. This device features 40,320 CLBs and an equivalent gate count of 4,000,000, with a robust organization of 60,480 logic cells. Engineered with advanced CMOS technology, it offers a combinatorial delay of 0.99ns maximum per CLB. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, it supports a nominal supply voltage of 1.5V. The component is housed in a 352-terminal ceramic, metal-sealed COFIRED CQFP package (S-CQFP-F352) with a terminal pitch of 0.500mm, suitable for surface mounting.
