The Microchip Technology 93LC46BT-I-MCX is a 1Kb serial EEPROM featuring a 64 x 16 memory organization. This CMOS device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supports a supply voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V, with a nominal 5V operation.
