Microchip Technology's 93C46CXT-I-STG is a 1Kbit (64 x 16-bit) serial CMOS EEPROM. This device supports the Microwire bus interface and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. It features a maximum clock frequency of 3MHz, enabling efficient data transfer. The memory organization is configurable to 64 words by 16 bits, with an alternate 8-bit width option. Housed in an 8-lead TSSOP package (R-PDSO-G8) with a 0.65mm pitch, it is suitable for surface-mount applications.
