Microchip Technology's 24LCS61-OT is a 1Kbit serial EEPROM with a 128 words x 8 bits organization. This CMOS device operates over a 2.5V to 5.5V supply range and utilizes the I2C serial bus protocol, supporting clock frequencies up to 100kHz. Featuring 1,000,000 guaranteed erase/write cycles, it is housed in a compact R-PDSO-G5 (LSSOP) package with a 0.95mm terminal pitch. The 24LCS61 series is suitable for general purpose data storage and configuration parameter retention in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. Its low power consumption, wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and small footprint make it ideal for space-constrained designs. The write cycle time is a maximum of 10ms.
