The Microchip Technology 24LC00TE-OT is a 128-bit (16 x 8) serial CMOS EEPROM device operating at up to 400 kHz via the I2C interface. This component offers 1,000,000 endurance cycles and 200-year data retention. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and operates between -40°C and +85°C. The 24LC00 series device is housed in a 5-lead PDSO (LSSOP) package with a 0.95mm terminal pitch, suitable for surface-mount applications.
