Microchip Technology 24C02A-SM is a 2 Kbit Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) device featuring a 256 x 8-bit memory organization. This serial CMOS EEPROM operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and supports I2C serial bus communication up to 100 kHz clock frequency.
