Microchip Technology JANS1N6642UBCC-TR is a dual diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This military-grade component, qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/578, offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 75V and an average rectified current of 300mA per diode. With a low reverse leakage of 500 nA at 75V and a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns, it is suitable for high-speed switching applications. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.2V at 100mA. Operating across a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, this device is housed in a 3-SMD, No Lead package and supplied on tape and reel.
