The Microchip Technology MIC23356-SAYFT-TR is a HyperLight Load® series buck switching regulator. This device provides a positive, programmable output voltage, with a minimum fixed output of 0.6V and a maximum output of 3.84V. It is capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. The regulator operates with a switching frequency of 1.6MHz or 2.2MHz and features synchronous rectification. Input voltage range is from 2.4V to 5.5V. The MIC23356-SAYFT-TR is supplied in a compact 16-FTQFN (2.5x2.5) package, suitable for surface mounting.
