Microchip Technology's MIC28304-1YMP-T1 is a non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter from the Hyper Speed Control® and SuperSwitcher II™ series. This single-output module accepts an input voltage range of 4.5V to 70V and delivers an adjustable output voltage from 0.9V to 24V with a maximum current of 3A. The device features integrated protection mechanisms including Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Temperature Protection (OTP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), and Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), along with a Remote On/Off control. Housed in a 64-H3QFN (12x12) package, this surface-mount component measures 12.0mm x 12.0mm x 3.0mm. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is supplied on tape and reel. This converter is suitable for ITE (Commercial) applications.
