Microchip Technology's SY10EP11UZI-TR is a high-performance ECL Pro® clock fanout buffer designed for demanding signal distribution applications. This single-circuit device provides a 1:2 output ratio with a maximum frequency capability of 3 GHz, making it suitable for high-speed digital systems. It accepts LVECL and LVPECL differential inputs and provides identical differential LVECL and LVPECL outputs. The 8-SOIC package, with a 3.90mm width, is optimized for surface mount assembly.
