Microchip Technology's MIC284-3BMM is a two-zone thermal supervisor designed for precise temperature monitoring. This digital sensor offers both local and remote sensing capabilities across a -55°C to 125°C operating range. Featuring a 7-bit resolution, the component provides accuracy of ±2°C within a 0°C to 100°C test condition, and ±3°C across its full -55°C to 125°C range. The MIC284-3BMM includes an output switch, programmable limit, shutdown mode, and standby mode for flexible thermal management. Communication is handled via an I2C/SMBus interface.
