Microchip Technology IttyBitty™ MIC281-0BM6-TR is a digital remote temperature sensor with an I2C/SMBus output. This SOT-23-6 packaged component offers a 7-bit resolution and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device features a shutdown mode for power management. Accuracy specifications are ±3°C from 0°C to 100°C, and ±5°C from -40°C to 125°C. It is supplied in a Tape & Reel (TR) package for surface mounting.
