Micro Commercial Co TIP122-BP is an NPN Darlington bipolar junction transistor designed for power switching and amplification applications. This component features a 100V collector-emitter breakdown voltage (Vceo) and a continuous collector current (Ic) capability of up to 5A. With a maximum power dissipation of 65W and a low saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) of 4V at 20mA base current and 5A collector current, it is suitable for general-purpose power applications.
