Melexis Technologies NV MLX90393 Triaxis® Series Hall Effect sensor in a 16-QFN (3x3) package. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers 16-bit resolution for sensing magnetic field strength along X, Y, and Z axes. Operating from a 2.2V to 3.6V supply, it features I2C and SPI output interfaces for flexible integration. With a maximum output current of 100µA and a supply current of 4mA, the MLX90393 is designed for applications requiring precise magnetic field detection.
