Melexis Technologies NV MLX90381GLW-ACA-000-SP is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor IC designed for high-performance position sensing applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers precise measurement of magnetic field strength along the X, Y, and Z axes, with a sensing range of 10mT to 70mT for X and Y, and up to 160mT for the Z axis. Featuring programmable settings and temperature compensation, the MLX90381GLW-ACA-000-SP provides analog voltage and I2C output options, enabling flexible integration into various system architectures. The device operates with a supply voltage of 3.1V to 3.6V and has a maximum output current of 20mA and a maximum supply current of 5mA.
