Melexis Technologies NV MLX90333 Triaxis® series Hall Effect sensor in a 16-TSSOP package. This device provides analog and PWM outputs for detecting magnetic field strength along the X, Y, and Z axes. With a 12-bit resolution, it offers precise magnetic field measurement with sensing ranges of 20mT to 70mT for the X and Y axes, and 24mT to 140mT for the Z axis. The MLX90333 operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and consumes a maximum of 16mA, delivering an output current up to 30mA. Its programmable features and surface mount capability make it suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics requiring accurate non-contact position sensing. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
