The Melexis Technologies NV Triaxis® MLX90333KGO-BCH-000-TU is a highly integrated, programmable Hall effect sensor IC designed for precise contactless position sensing. This device features a 12-bit resolution and supports X, Y, and Z axis magnetic field measurement, enabling sophisticated 3D position detection. The output can be configured as either analog voltage or Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, it draws a maximum of 16mA quiescent current, with an output current capability of up to 30mA. The sensing range is specified between 20mT and 70mT for the X and Y axes, and 24mT to 140mT for the Z axis. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP surface-mount configuration, this component is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics requiring accurate, non-contact sensing solutions.
