Melexis Technologies NV's Triaxis® MLX90333EDC-BCT-000-TU is a highly integrated Hall effect sensor designed for 3D magnetic field sensing. This component offers analog or PWM output and features programmable resolution up to 12 bits. It accurately measures magnetic flux density across the X, Y, and Z axes, with sensing ranges of 20mT to 70mT for X and Y, and 24mT to 140mT for the Z axis. The device operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, drawing a maximum of 16mA, and provides an output current of up to 30mA. Encased in an 8-SOIC package, it is suitable for surface mounting and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
