The Melexis Technologies NV MLX90333EDC-BCH-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor IC designed for precise 3D magnetic field detection. This component offers simultaneous analog and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) outputs, providing flexible interface options. It supports sensing ranges of 20mT to 70mT for the X and Y axes, and 24mT to 140mT for the Z axis. The sensor features programmable capabilities and a 12-bit resolution, enabling fine-tuned application performance. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, it has a maximum output current of 30mA and a supply current of 16mA. The device is housed in an 8-SOIC package suitable for surface mounting and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
