Melexis Technologies NV MLX91208LDC-CAV-001-TU is a high-speed programmable Triaxis® Hall effect current sensor. This open-loop, bidirectional sensor offers a single channel for AC/DC current measurement with a sensitivity of 60mV/mT. It features a selectable ratiometric voltage output and a rapid response time of 3µs, supporting frequencies from DC up to 200kHz. Designed for surface mount applications, it is housed in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90mm width). The device operates within a voltage supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V, drawing a maximum of 14mA. Achieving ±0.1% accuracy and ±0.75% linearity, it is suitable for demanding applications in automotive systems, industrial automation, and power supply monitoring. Packaged in a tube, this component maintains performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
