Melexis Technologies NV MLX91206LDC-CAL-001-SP Triaxis® Hall Effect Current Sensor. This open-loop, single-channel sensor offers bidirectional current sensing with a ±1% accuracy and ±0.5% linearity. Designed for AC/DC current measurement, it operates within a 5V supply voltage and features a low supply current of 12mA maximum. The sensor provides a ratiometric voltage output or selectable PWM output and boasts a 580mV/mT sensitivity. With a response time of 8µs and a frequency response from DC up to 90kHz, the MLX91206LDC-CAL-001-SP is suitable for applications in industrial automation, automotive systems, and power supplies. It is supplied in an 8-SOIC package with surface mount capability, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
