Melexis Technologies NV MLX91206LDC-CAL-001-RE Triaxis® Hall Effect Current Sensor. This open-loop, single-channel sensor measures AC/DC current with a range of 10mT. It offers ±1% accuracy and ±0.5% linearity, featuring a bidirectional polarization for versatile current sensing. The device provides a ratiometric voltage or PWM output, selectable by the user. With a typical supply voltage of 5V and a maximum supply current of 12mA, it operates efficiently across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The sensor boasts a fast 8µs response time and a sensitivity of 580mV/mT. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount configuration, it is supplied on Tape & Reel (TR). Applications include automotive systems, industrial automation, and power control.
