Melexis Technologies NV MLX91206LDC-CAH-021-RE is a Triaxis® programmable IMC-Hall current sensor. This open-loop Hall effect sensor offers bidirectional current sensing with a range of ±25mT. Designed for surface mounting in an 8-SOIC package, it provides ±1% accuracy and ±0.5% linearity. The device operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, drawing a maximum of 12mA. Its output is ratiometric, voltage, or PWM selectable, with a response time of 8µs and a frequency response from DC up to 90kHz.
