Melexis Technologies NV MLX91205KDC-AAH-003-RE Triaxis® Hall Effect Current Sensor offers a 25mT magnetic field detection range. This single-channel, open-loop sensor is designed for AC/DC current measurement with a frequency response from DC up to 100kHz. It features a high linearity of ±0.05% and an accuracy of ±2%. The output signal is ratiometric and voltage-based, with a sensitivity of 100mV/mT. Operating from a 5V supply with a maximum consumption of 16mA, this bidirectional sensor boasts a rapid 8µs response time. It is housed in an 8-SOIC package with a 3.90mm width, suitable for surface mounting, and supplied on tape and reel.
