Melexis Technologies NV MLX90421GGO-ADC-000-RE is a Triaxis® Series linear and rotary Hall effect sensor designed for precise position measurement. This automotive-grade component offers a ±1° linearity across a 0° to 360° continuous rotation range, utilizing an external magnet as the actuator. The sensor outputs both analog voltage and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals, both of which are programmable for flexible system integration. Housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gull wing termination, it is suitable for surface mounting. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 160°C and requiring a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, the MLX90421GGO-ADC-000-RE is AEC-Q100 qualified, making it ideal for automotive applications such as steering column sensing, throttle position sensing, and electric motor control.
