Melexis Technologies NV presents the MLX90380LGO-BAB-400-TU, a Triaxis® series Hall effect sensor designed for precise rotary position measurement. The MLX90380LGO-BAB-400-TU features linearity of ±1.5% and operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It requires an external magnet, which is not included, for operation. The sensor is housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gull wing termination, suitable for surface mounting. This component is widely applied in automotive systems for throttle position sensing and electric motor control, as well as in industrial automation for robotics and servo control.
