Melexis Technologies NV Triaxis® MLX90380LGO-BAB-105-RE is a 2-channel analog Hall effect sensor IC designed for high-precision rotary position sensing. This device utilizes a proprietary Triaxis® technology to measure magnetic field strength and direction, enabling accurate detection of external magnet rotation from 0° to 360°. The MLX90380LGO-BAB-105-RE outputs sine and cosine signals, facilitating easy integration with external processing for absolute position determination. It features a linearity of ±1.5% and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Supplied in a 16-TSSOP package with gull wing termination for surface mounting, this component is ideal for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and robotics where reliable angle measurement is critical. The device requires a supply voltage between 4.5V and 5.5V and is provided on a tape and reel.
