Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LGO-BAB-025-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise rotary position measurement. This analog output device, packaged in a 16-TSSOP with gull wing termination, outputs sine and cosine signals proportional to the magnetic field strength detected from an external magnet. It features a 360° electrical and mechanical rotation angle capability with ±1.5% linearity. The sensor operates from a 1.135V to 3.6V supply voltage across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
