Melexis Technologies NV MLX90380LGO-BAB-000-RE is a Triaxis® Hall effect sensor designed for precise rotary position sensing. This 2-channel analog resolver sensor, housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gull wing termination, operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.135V to 3.6V and an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It outputs sine and cosine signals proportional to the magnetic field strength, enabling 0° to 360° electrical and mechanical rotation measurement. The sensor requires an external magnet actuator, not included, and offers a linearity of ±1.5%. Its surface mount capability and analog voltage output make it suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, and consumer electronics requiring accurate angular feedback. The device is supplied on tape and reel.
